Crested Butte Ball Bash
The last Crested Butte Ball Bash was held in August, 2008 and currently there are no future dates set for this event.
Batter up! The Crested Butte Ball Bash is a fun softball tournament held every summer amid the blooming Colorado wildflowers and endlessly sunny days. Get your team together for the bash and come prepared for fun and competition. The tournament lasts two days and each team is guaranteed three games.
The Ball Bash is one of the favorite summer events in Crested Butte. There is no pressure, just good softball fun for all involved. It is an open tournament so teams will have the chance to play competition from all over the country. The tournament is held in three parks in and around the Crested Butte area. Gothic, Rainbow and Pitsker Parks are all excellent venues and offer plenty of spectator viewing as games run all day. For out of town teams, there are lodging packages available so make your reservations early. The Ball Bash is traditionally held in August and there is a team fee.
