Legend has it that Crested Butte is the birthplace of mountain biking. Well, the baby is all grown up, and we’re celebrating CBBW's big Three - O this coming June. This year’s "Dirty # 30" will feature the endurance race, Aided Rides, Mountain States Cup Wildflower Rush DH races, pure Crested Butte classics like the Chainless Race & the 24 Hour Bridges of the Butte, as well as some premiere entertainment.
CBBW has grown from a few friends hitting Crested Butte’s legendary singletrack to one of the industry’s best events.

Overview: Biking enthusiasts will certainly be in heaven during Crested Butte Bike Week in Crested Butte. It is a celebration of all things bike, and even if you have never been on a mountain or road bike, there is sure to be something fun for you to find during this valley wide festival.

Details: There are barbecues, picnics, raft trips, clinics, races, demonstrations, a kids parade, and many more activities. From scenic wildflower rides to challenging downhill "rock rides," people of every skill level will be satisfied with the offerings. Separate rides for expert, intermediate, and beginner riders are held at the beginning of each day.
